WHEREAS, by law, townships are required to set by resolution of the board and post the regular meeting dates for the upcoming year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following regular meeting dates for the Middlebury Township Board have been set for the year 2012, and have been approved for publishing:

January 11
February 8
March 14
April 11
May 9
June 13
July 11
August- no meeting
September 12
October 10
November 14
December 12

I, Susan Tomasek-Swan, the duly elected and acting Clerk of Middlebury Township, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Township Board of said Township at the regular meeting of said Board held on November 07, 2011 at which meeting a quorum was present, by a roll call vote of said members as hereinbefore set forth; that said resolution was ordered to take effect immediately.
